Phase I: Installation of Horizontal Machining Centers
A few months after purchasing two large horizontal machining centers, we realized our production staff did not have the capacity to prepare the shop floor space in time for receiving our new equipment.  Our production load was at an all time high, and we needed our in house team to focus on filling our customer orders.  The project was already behind schedule when we decided to contract Pallavicini for project management services.  Chanie was able to make a tremendous impact quickly, and the project ultimately was completed on time and on budget.  Having Chanie drive the project freed up our internal staff to focus on production, and was a key factor in our ability to meet our customers’ needs during this challenging time.

Phase II: Installation of Vertical Turning Equipment
It was a pleasure working with Pallavicini on the installation of our new vertical turret lathe.  This was a large project that included concrete foundations, new cranes, construction of an automation system, and all the utilities infrastructure to support the new equipment.  We had worked with Chanie on previous projects, and knew that we needed her detailed project management and crisp execution.  Having Chanie on the job from the beginning made this the smoothest capital equipment installation I have ever been part of.  We finished on time and on budget, and our internal staff was able to focus on production and customer orders.
